be submitted as:
1. Author's photo, 2 inches.
2. Author's name, title, company's name and affiliations.
3. Author's biographies. (limits 200 words)
4. Paper's abstract.
* Hereinbefore 2,3,4 terms please submit in MS word format.
Guidelines
for Full Paper Submission:
Full papers
will be printed in the thesis collection and the topics will be
placard the conference location. Authors wishing to submit a contribution
should read the following instructions and MUST be allowed to the
organizers whom shall be disposed all of the papers:
1. Languages: Chinese or English
2. Format: PDF or PPT
3. Length: Less then 20 pages

Mar. 20th, 2008 Notification of acceptance
Apr. 10st, 2007 Deadline for full papers

*Two PPT pages will be combined to one page printed.
