CES Background

The circulation industry is referred to as the middle link between manufacture and consumption. The circulation industry is mainly divided into three systems, namely retailing system, retail system and system logistics system, which impenetrates through the whole circulation system. The department of commercial affairs commercial reform department indicated that, China circulation industry will become the important link of the world's supply chain. Currently, the most importance is who will be the leader of China's circulation. The circulation industry is also considered as the whole country's economy's blood pulse.

The informatization has brought big change in domestic circulation enterprise. This mainly manifests in the cost reduction in purchasing, sales, warehousing and distribution.
